MANAGING DIRECTOR
ANNIE CONNOLLY
Annie is an experienced journalist on network television and radio in the UK, breaking a number of high-profile stories over nearly two decades with the BBC and ITN. Following a career break to raise her young family, she founded the successful multimedia company per stellas in 2020 providing creative solutions to commercial clients. Merging with Bright Blue Media in 2024 to create Bear House Media, has provided the platform to build on her specialism in high-end filmmaking, web and social media content, photography, and animation.
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
DAN COOMBER
Dan is an experienced cameraman and editor, with more than 20 years experience in creating compelling content that builds strong connections with audiences. Dan spent a decade as the driving creative force behind Bright Blue Media, shooting and editing a number of BBC television documentaries, as well as hundreds of visually arresting non-broadcast films for clients across the world. Specialising in strategic storytelling, Dan works with clients to develop and deliver creative films that resonate with their markets.
HEAD OF EDITORIAL
DICKON HOOPER
Dickon spent 20 years at the BBC as a senior news and documentary producer. In addition to daily news, he worked on a number of investigations, including BAFTA-winning films for the flagship current affairs programme Panorama. A forensic journalist with a strong editorial eye, he has gone on to produce several high-end films for the corporate and public sector, on a range of subjects from nutrition to mental health.

Sam is a multi-talented filmmaker with a passion for storytelling. He has mastered every aspect of filmmaking, from storyboarding to camera operation and aerial cinematography to final delivery. He has worked on hundreds of corporate films and television productions, and his creative vision and meticulous attention to detail are second to none.
PRODUCER/DIRECTOR
BEN WHITE
Ben is an award-winning producer/director with 25 years' experience working in the television industry. He has written, produced and directed several documentaries for the BBC, focusing on current affairs, arts and social history. Since leaving the BBC he has worked as the Series Edit Producer on a number of primetime factual series for Channel 4.

ETHAN RUSSELL
Ethan has more than ten years' experience working as a camera operator and picture editor for clients in marketing, broadcast, and advertising. A supremely skilled lighting cameraman, the hallmarks of his work are creative flair and close attention to detail, particularly with light and tone, skills he honed from studying the old masters.

SOPHIE HEIN SCHRIER
Sophie is the administrative backbone of the team, working to keep the company contracts and production costs on track. Sophie is a stickler for detail and accuracy and fair dealing, no doubt helped by her years as PA to the editor of London’s Financial Times. Sophie's diligence keeps our productions efficient and on budget, serviced with a smile and a can-do approach!
